Do you make custom products?

We have worked with numerous clubs, schools, and businesses across the country to design and develop the perfect collection of products with custom colors and logos. Please contact us for more information about seeing your custom design in needlepoint.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Unless you selected expedited shipping during checkout, please allow 7-10 business days for the delivery of stock products. Because each monogrammed and custom item must be handmade to your specifications, you’ll need to allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of those items.

What if the product/size I want isn’t available?

Due to the amount of care, detail, and time that goes into making each product, we aren’t always able to stock every size. If your size isn’t listed in the pattern of your choice, please email us at info@tuckerblair.com or give us a call at 857-263-8295 with the product, pattern, and size that you’re interested in purchasing. Please allow 8 weeks for delivery while we hand stitch your product just for you.

What is your return policy?

Your happiness is Priority One: That means we always accept the return of stock items not visibly worn or damaged and give you a full refund with the exception of sale belts. Sale belts can be exchanged for an alternate style or store credit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed. Note that because all monogrammed and custom products are one-of-a-kind, we can’t accept returns/exchanges on these items.

What’s your exchange policy?

Is your product the wrong size? Did you accidentally order the wrong style? No worries. We accept the exchange of all stock products for items of equal value, as long as they aren’t visibly worn or damaged. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return and exchange to be processed. If the product or size that you’d like in exchange isn’t currently in stock, we can order it to be stitched just for you. Please note that because all monogrammed and custom products are one-of-a-kind, we can’t accept exchanges of those items.

What size belt should I order?

We find that our belts run at least a size small, so we recommend ordering a size up from your typical waist size. For example, if your waist measures 32", your best bet is to order a size 34. If your waist measures 33", go up another size and order a 36.
